Our Corsica trip was a great mix of sunshine, trekking and history. We had a short city-break in between to visit Bastia and its ancient Citadel. If you are visiting Corsica, chances are that you will land at its capital, so it’s worth spending a few days to enjoy this magnificent city.
Our first trip of 2018 was to Oviedo, a small mining city in Asturias, our new favourite destination in Spain. Cities in Northern Spain have a different vibe. Elegant, ancient, Oviedo has the best tapas we have tried and its rocky streets lead to wild nature.
Whereas I dedicated a blog post to Mallorca as an island, now I want to talk to you about Palma de Mallorca,an incredibly beautiful little town where you will most certainly land.
As it gets colder in Madrid, I took my boyfriend to Mallorca for his birthday! We had never been there before and we like to be surprised so we didn’t do much research and just flew there!
Needless to say, we were MIND. BLOWN.
In the past few seasons pineapples have been popping out everywhere. The tropical fruit has made its way into all kinds of t-shirts, dresses, socks, handbags and earrings.
This friendly city has vestiges of the Roman, Moorish, Jewish and Christian communities, and some ‘Zaragozanos’ will tell you it’s the best place for tapas!
Unicorns are out there as a flash trend, and an abandoned warehouse is just the perfect place to display the mood.
