A Park in Zaragoza you must visit

Did you know that there is a 409.000 square meter park in Zaragoza? Yes, and it’s near the city center! Its name is Parque Grande and one of its most beautiful places is the monument to King Alfonso I “El Batallador”, who reconquered the City of Zaragoza from Arabic ruling in the year 1118.

One of its most beautiful places is the monument to King Alfonso I “El Batallador”, who reconquered the City of Zaragoza from Arabic ruling in the year 1118. It is at the top of the hill, offering stunning views of Zaragoza. I recommend going there at sunset.

Another wonderful spot is the botanical garden in which you can see species of ducks, peacocks, and other pretty animals.

If you are in Zaragoza, do visit the Parque Grande! There are bike rental shops if you are the kind who like cycling!
